CDC Guidance On Disinfecting (3)

We always use the recommended EPA-registered household disinfectants when cleaning your high-touch surfaces. These typical hard, non-porous items include tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, remote controls, toilets, faucets, sinks, clothes hampers, and/or other hard and non-porous surfaces within your home's shared or community spaces, etc. Lastly, some restrictions may apply when disinfecting certain types of materials, ask us for more information.

Help Limit Our Team's Exposure

Before scheduling, allow 24 hours to pass, starting from the time the person(s) who was sick visited or shared common areas.

The day before we arrive:

  • Close off areas used by the person(s) who was sick.

  • Open outside doors and windows to increase air circulation in the area.

We'll clean & disinfect all areas used by the person(s) who was sick, such as offices, bathrooms, common areas, shared electronic equipment (5) like tablets, touch screens, keyboards, and/or remote controls.

CDC Guided Household Recommendations

Let's help everyone stay safe.

(1)Depending on availability and/or risk factors, including potential exposure to the virus, our team members may also use gowns or other PPE during your cleaning service. (2)In some instances, it may or may not be possible, applicable, or warranted to apply every recommendation that is currently cited from the CDC/EPA Cleaning & Disinfecting Guidance section(s) on the CDC site: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-nCoV/index.html(3)At this time, our cleaning services typically avoid disinfecting soft and porous materials. They are generally not as easy to disinfect as hard and non-porous materials. If you may need these types of excluded materials sanitized, please inform a team member and we'll do our best to try and accommodate your request. (4)Based on your level of comfort, trust, and frequency of service, your physical presence is not always required if planned prior to your cleaning service and given permission by the homeowner(s). (5)Electronic equipment will only be cleaned and disinfected with your permission and under direct supervision during your scheduled cleaning service.
